I think that there are probably previous posts where I have yammered on about being grateful, but whatever. I do believe that you can never have enough of being grateful – not in the sense of ‘should be’, but rather feeling deep in the experience of gratitude.

That is where I am today. in gratitude for

my dear husband; that he is soon to be an American; my body and how it feels when I use it to do hard physical work; that i can do hard physical work; my kitties who as i write are curled up on the couch with me and satisfied to be close even if i don’t wanna pet; my dear dear friend who thinks she is a mess and if she is it is a beautiful mess; that i can relate to someone else’s ‘messy’ places because i have my own but not today; hostas on clearance; squash and yummies in my garden; really being here right now.
